Wedding Coordinating

Full Day of Coordinating
and what will be done

$2,200

Prior to Wedding

  • 3-5 scheduled meetings, more if needed

  • Help with any wedding related questions  throughout the planning process and vendor recommendations as needed

  • Venue Walk through, if needed

  • Detailed timeline creation and execution, sending timeline to vendors during wedding week

  • Final meeting, Monday of wedding week

  • Running of wedding rehearsal 

  • ​If anything else is requested by the client, this will be discussed

  • Arrival time of about 8:30 AM staying the whole day through clean up at end of night

  • Support for entire bridal party and family, addressing any needs throughout day

  • A "Wedding Day Emergency Kit" is brought

  • Point person for any wedding emergency

  • Facilitate hair and makeup arrivals

  • Make sure getting ready details are ready for photo and video

  • Panera Bagels brought for the wedding party for breakfast, courtesy of us

  • Setting up all decor (ceremony, cocktail and reception) as discussed

  • Check in with all vendors as they arrive throughout the day, accept any deliveries 

  • Distribute tips to vendors as they arrive

  • Pick up any miscllaneous or forgotten wedding items

  • Make sure bridal party and guests get on transportation to ceremony on time

Morning of and Day

Ceremony

  • Confirm with vendors and officiant to make sure all are ready for start of ceremony

  • Make sure ushers are ready to hand out programs

  • Help pin bouts and distribute corsages

  • Make sure unity candle and lighters are ready

  • Confirm best man has the rings

  • Line up bridal Party as based on rehearsal

  • Cue Music and cue everyone down the aisle at start of ceremony

  • Fluff the Bride's train

  • Coordinate receiving line

  • Gather family for family formals after ceremony

  • Move any ceremony decor to reception (flowers, arches, etc)

  • Keep flow of cocktail and reception on time and handle any issues

  • Cookie table set up (needs to be discussed prior) and to go boxes later in evening

  • Bring hors d'ouervers and drinks to bridal party during photos

  • Flip ceremony space to reception space if needed

  • Light or turn on all candles

  • Confirm photographer gets detail shots of reception area before guests come in

  • Bustle bride's dress 

  • Line up Bridal Party for grand Entrance

  • ​Make sure high chairs or wheelchair spaces are at correct tables

  • Get bride and groom their favorite drinks and make sure they have champagne

  • Coordinate special dances, bouquet toss, dollar dance etc

  • Make sure All vendors eat dinner

  • Orchestrate Grand exit, someone has to light all those sparklers!

  • Clean up everything by neatly consolidating and repacking boxes at end of the night for clean up

Cocktail & Reception

Half -Day of Coordination 
$1,500

  • Includes EVERYTHING offered in Day of Coordinating, EXCEPT WE LEAVE AT THE START OF DINNER, we won't clean up any decor at the end of the night, but we still get you through all the important aspects of your wedding day!

  • Any wedding services, (Day of Coordinating, Partial or Full Planning) outside of 2 hours from my home address will have travel fees (these include: gas, tolls, hotel if necessary)

Partial Planning
$3,500

For the clients who have all the vendors booked and main details planned.

​

Partial Planning additional services (everything from Day of Coordinating is included) include:

​

  • Monthly guides to help tackle the next task, making sure are staying on top of everything

  • Help with aesthetic ideas, if needed

  • Client telling me what they would like help with (i.e. needs help with chair rentals, transportation schedule, etc) and executing on their behalf

  • Unlimited guidance throughout and face to face meetings / calls

  • Checklist of what needs brought on the day

  • Read over vendor contracts and rental agreements

  • Use of my husband's truck (he will help transport anything that can fit in truck bed) this is huge espeically if you have an arch or alot of decor

  • Answer any vendor questions throughout the planning process, unless personal answers from couple are needed

  • If anything else is requested by the client, this will be discussed

Full Planning
$7,500

For the clients looking for everything planned, from start to finish, then this is the package for you!

Full Planning additional services include:

  • Budget breakdown & bookkeeping & payment reminders for all vendors

  • Customized planning schedule tailored to your specific needs and lifestyle

  • Help with stationery design

  • Design and full execution of theme, based on personality and style

  • Initial contact of the best vendors for your personality and budget and availability to create the best wedding day for you

  • Frequent updates how your wedding is coming along and what the next steps are in the planning process

  • Thorough review of rental contracts ensuring accuracy and accept deliveries on wedding day

  • Floorplan design and layout creation

  • Main contact with vendors, unless personal decisions are needed

  • Bridal Shower Planning*

  • Attendance of certain vendor meetings, such as linen places, cake tasting, etc

  • Returning of certain rentals after wedding**

  • Perfect for couples who are only having a few guests (usually up to about 10) and possibly traveling somewhere to exchange their vows

  • Includes EVERYTHING offered in Day of Coordinating

  • What local permits are needed (i.e. In National Parks)

  • Help with accommodations near elopement

  • Budget considerations

  • Mapping out and directions to best ceremony and photo spots

  • All other minor details as well, such as if you are eloping on the beach what time does the tide come in? Etc.
