We're EHweddingspgh- A wedding planner in Pittsburgh Pa and a power duo couple - a husband and wife team, combining both of our strengths to effortlessly execute and advocate on your wedding day, allowing you and your family to be fully present on your wedding and enjoying every moment.

​Alex helps conduct the rehearsal, crowd control, gathering family for family photos, gathering wedding party for entrances, heavy lifting of decor, main person at the ceremony, and of course also assisting with whatever is needed on the wedding day.
​
Emilee is the brains behind all the logistics for your special day: the main point of contact throughout the planning process, contacting all vendors, meticulous timeline creation and execution, while handling all the aesthetics and decor- ensuring an elegant and timeless wedding!

With over 15 years of planning experience, and officially launching the business in 2021, EHweddingspgh is committed to and LOVES celebrating ALL weddings of every race, background, religion, age, whether they have a church and reception wedding or the ceremony and reception at the same venue!

Help with the wedding timeline?
Absolutely! We will have several meetings prior to the wedding, making sure everything is accounted for on your special day
How long do we work on the wedding day?
We arrive around 9am and stay until the very end, about 14- 16 hour work day (once we put in traveling)!
What about set up and clean up?
Set up of all wedding items needed for both ceremony and reception AND clean up at the end of the night (neatly packed up) is included in services!
Do I actually need a Day of Coordinator?
YES!! You can't be there to talk with vendors and decorate while both you and your mom are getting ready and taking photos. Ask yourself, how many weddings has your mom worked? EHweddingspgh has worked over 100 weddings. You want family to fully enjoy your day not be worrying about setting up escort cards, running around trying to find scissors and miss dancing because they are refilling cookies.
Plus a venue coordinator, will not steam your dresses or create an intricate timeline!
